Ben Driscoll

My bro my sis benBen is a freelance artist and performer, who specialises in devising, movement and contemporary theatre. He graduated from Dartington College of Arts/Falmouth University in 2011, where he studied ‘Theatre with Choreographic Practices’.

Ben is interested in exploring unique ways of creating innovative performance for a varied audience, working largely with an emphasis on collaboration. Often working from endurance based tasks, exploration of memory and improvisational exercises.

He has co-founded several devising theatre companies including: Totally Irrelevant Theatre Company and Ingo Theatre. As well as working with multiple professional companies as a freelance performer including Protein Dance, Hyperfusion and is a current performer with Bicycle Ballet.

Alfie Heffer

Alfie HefferTheatre maker, devising, improvisation, site-specific performance, physical theatre, walking artist, instillation.

As a theatre maker, Alfie devises collaborative, experimental performance that exists between Live Art and Traditional Theatre. Alfie creates work that is often highly visual, physical and playful, exploring processes that are context-driven. Generating material through tasks, observations and improvisation; constantly creating, experimenting and letting go to discovering new ways to deliver material to an audience.

Since graduating from Dartington College of Arts in 2011, Alfie has had experiences delivering workshops, as an assistant director and in various performer roles. Alfie has shown work in Neu/Now Online Festival 2011, at Ausform Platform, Bristol and participated in Weave’13, a nomadic residency exploring ‘improvisation and site-responsive interdisciplinary performance’ facilitated by David Lakein.

Alfie is a member of Interval, an artist-led support network in Bristols city-centre, where he is developing a variety of walking-based practices and beginning new collaborations.

Stefan Andersson

Stefan AnderssonStefan is a performer and theatremaker living in Sweden. In his artistic practice, as well as when leading workshops, he often works with devising and collaborative methods. He has presented work in a range of contexts and genres. Currently, he is particularly interested in exploring masculinity, autobiography, memory, identity, travelling, how global politics affect on a personal level and ways of interactivity.

Stefan currently works with the Swedish company Teater SMUTS, is freelancing as a pedagogue at Göteborgs Konsthall (Centre for contemporary art) and as a processleader in the project ’Creativity For Fair Sex’. Previoulsly he has worked with multiple companies mostly in Gothenburg including: Aktör & Vänner, johan & johan produktion, Ingo Theatre, Teater Ensambla, Teater Kadens and  at Gothenburg City Museum.

Stefan has studied at numerous schools, including University College Falmouth incorporating Dartington College of Arts.

He practices contact improvisation, Capoeira and plays the drums. He loves swimming, walking, dancing, running and dreams of singing in front of a big crowd of people.
